Our technical and service team gives the most outstanding customer service and follow up in the market. People in this department have had extensive training and updating on technological advances.

We offer everything from maintenance contracts for both preventive and repairs purposes. We have specially trained personnel for and coil cleaning duct cleaning and repair if necessary. Water in cooling towers has to be treated and conditioned constantly for proper cooling throughout the building. Contracts can be signed on a 6-month or on a yearly basis. We can offer everything from maintenance supervision on a built building or housing complex to actual basic maintenance or emergency calls system on a 365-24 hour basis. Contracts can be done in San Jose and its surroundings or in any other area of Costa Rica.

We also have several pieces of equipment and instruments for rental. We can offer mobile air conditioners, mobile cool rooms, mobile ducted systems, many other pieces of equipment.
