Different options are presented to our customers according to the specifics of that project. Our retrofitting program for old systems is called EcoChange.
We have developed specific software for electrical use simulations that let us present different scenarios for our customers and let them make critical decisions about energy consumption in every project.
The most advanced tools for design, quoting, and advising are used to help and guide our customers in their new projects of if the need to retrofit an established project. We use top of the line Heat Load and Design software, but we have also developed new in-house software for several stages such as Electrical Simulations, Heat Load, Quick budgeting, and more. We dig into several areas that have to do with energy expenditure such as building materials, insulation, windows, automation systems, and more.
Every project is developed under the inspection of one of our Project Managers Field Engineers, and Supervisors. The work is carried out with a team depending on the complexity and specific needs of every project. Team members have full communications with the rest of the team and with the headquarters with our MULTIFRIO LINK® system. For commissioning and start up the factory protocols are carefully followed.
Specialized engineers and technicians will follow up with every customer in every project to ensure maximum performance. We provide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support performance that sometimes extends up to 20 years.
Cutting-edge technology is used to offer intelligent control solutions for air conditioning systems and ventilation systems, and optimization of energy consumption through automation. Automation systems lead to higher energy efficiency in buildings.
We proactively help with the search for financing with green loans, at interest rates and beneficial terms. We help both with the technical documentation of the project, as well as the projected cash flows and the financial valuation of the project.
The Quality Circle of Multifrio includes every step from assisting the customer in the planning stage and feasibility studies to installation, commissioning, and after sales technical service and maintenance throughout the life cycle and operation of the A/C and Ventilation systems. We also offer financial advisory, energy analysis, and construction materials election consultation.
